IPAMS, the Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States, has been a client of ours for quite some time. As their organization has evolved over the past few years, the way they use their website has also changed. It became apparent earlier this year that a CMS system for administering their site would greatly benefit the IPAMS staff. We had the challenge of tying the new CMS (we chose WordPress) into a member management system that IPAMS was launching at the same time.
The newly designed site gets pertinent information on the home page of the site, is much easier to navigate than the previous version, is easily updated by IPAMS’ staff, and ties into their external membership system seamlessly. As organizations and their sites change over time, often moving to a more sophisticated system is beneficial – we are glad to have had this opportunity to help IPAMS make this jump.
